Elvan has 6 years experience and begins working in kitchen when he was 15 years old.
Chef Dwayne Chew has 8 years experience and currently being a successful Sous chef at Sushi Wang.
He requires equal parts performance and culinary mastership. On top of the duties to perform and prepare meals, Sous chef must have even greater multitasking skills and helped Head chef to inspire to create new style omakase.
